Volunteer Opportunities
There are many volunteer opportunities throughout the year and we invite all families to take an active role at Royal Oaks. As other volunteer opportunities open up, you will find fliers in your child's Thursday Folder or in school emails.

Thursday Folder volunteers are put on a team, and stuff Thursday Folders. Depending on the number of volunteers, groups typically stuff folders once every four to five weeks.

Box Tops volunteers come to school once a month (typically the first Friday of the month) and cut and count box tops, Campbell's labels, and other labels that earn the school money and/or classroom items.

Book Fair volunteers are needed to help set up the book fair, work a shift, and take down the book fair.

Teacher potluck volunteers are needed to donate potluck items salads, main dishes, desserts, or money to help purchase items.

Vision and hearing screening volunteers are needed in October.

October Fall Party volunteers are needed to help set up before the party (around 3:00) and/or work a shift at the food area, the Bingo room, or the game area.

Please contact the PTA if you have any questions or would like to sign up for any of these opportunities.
